Drive-Through System Truck Wash System

If you are washing more than 30 trucks each week, a Westmatic drive-through system may be the right choice for you.

A reduced wash cycle time of approximately 90 seconds per truck gets a large fleet clean and back on the road in no time.

The system reduces the need for costly labour and has many variants , from our two brush compact through to the Tornado, a High pressure option ideal for Bonneted trucks and Trailers which are difficult to clean such as Skel's

Compact design and a small footprint, our drive- through system is an ideal retro-fit option for existing wash bays.

Rollover/Gantry

Low maintenance, high efficiency, versatile.

To manage today's challenging truck configurations, we recommend Westmatic Australia's versatile rollover/gantry machine.

Our rollover system makes it easy to manage your wash process. The driver is directed by traffic signals to pull in up to the gantry and park. The machine begins the selected wash cycle and moves down the vehicle on a floor-mounted track. Wash cycle times range from 5-10 minutes per truck depending on selected wash cycle options. This option is suggested for fleets cleaning less than 30 Trucks per day.

Manual Cleaning Wash Bays

Westmatic Australia's well laid out Wash Bays speed up manual vehicle cleaning by up to 40%. Ideal for smaller fleets.

At the heart of a Wash Bay is the high-pressure cleaner or pump station. Westmatic Australia can help you choose the right system to save you money and improve productivity. Our Wash bay specialists can answer all your questions ranging from how much operating pressure, flow rate, and water temperature is needed to how many users it can support.

Coupled with the ideal high-pressure cleaning station, our EzyFoam application system greatly reduces the cleaning time. EzyFoam is proven to reduce chemical usage by up to 50%.

With the EzyFoam system you can watch the starch build-up on the trucks just run off without using any brooms. Reduce labour and chemical usage.

TML Transport

TML Transport P/L is a major line-haul provider based in Two Wells, South Australia worked with Westmatic’s sales engineers, to design provide a turn key solution for cleaning their transport fleet. TML chose the Westmatic Australia 2 Brush Hybrid Drive Through Wash Equipment. The reasons for this choice was to enable the business to wash over 100 B-Double and Road Train vehicles in the most efficient manor.

Truck Wash Case Study

Westmatic’s Australia's HYBRID is an extremely versatile system that can wash a fleet comprised of mixed vehicles and configurations. Any part, crevice, or protrusion that the brushes cannot reach to wash with friction will be sprayed clean by the high-pressure spray arches.

The HYBRID cleans all types of prime movers , both bonneted and cab overs and is able to manage the various trailer types in the TML fleet, including drop decks, skels, taught liners, refrigeration and flat decks.

In choosing the HYBRID, TML has managed to redeploy the 5 staff members who were cleaning their vehicles into other productive areas of their business.

The system features Westmatic’s exclusive brush design. Our brushes are feather light and pre-flagged to deliver a safe, gentle friction cleaning. The brush design provides cost-efficient water and chemical delivery.

The Tornado Contour High pressure system provides safety and a highly efficient cleaning when dealing with bullbars and accesories on Australian Vehicles.
